HB “Amber The Noble Blonde”. This has one foot on either side of the line between a Blonde and an Amber and uses all Noble hops. I’ve brewed this, with some minor variations in the grain bill and hops, probably half a dozen times. I should brew it more often; it’s pretty good.

This is why we don't go out much anymore. The best restaurant ribeye I ever had was from a restaurant in a farm village, Belvidere, Ne. 16oz with all the fixings for $10 in 2010.

When we visited Santa Fe years back hit the Abbey brews hard. We actually stayed in Abiquiu. Loved the area. Oh, and that famous pizza place rocked! Highly recommend!

Coffee milk stout from Wiseacre, another Memphis brewery. Good coffee aroma and flavor, a little bitter, a little sweet. To me, body is a bit thin for a milk stout but a tasty beer.
