What does FAJC stand for?

Frozen apple juice concentrate. I added a few cans to try to enhance the apple flavor. Didn't really work. I just use store bought juice and play around with black tea or tannin and lactic acid to try to improve the flavor.

Day 12, took the 6 hour boat tour of glaciers. The crew grabbed a chunk of glacial ice from the bay, busted it up and sold margaritas with chunks of the ice.

Had a toast to Jimmy Buffett with 10,000 year old glacial ice.

Mack-n-Jack African Amber ale on draft, medium low carbonation, might be the tank. Tasty amber has some sort of hopping or malt I can’t place.

Although this is an ale, it has some reminiscence of Samichlaus lager to me. 5.8 ABV, 30 IBU. A favorite NW brew.

After the boat ride we had dinner at Seward Brewing. Outstanding pizza, so-so beer. I had some "raspberry SMASH" that seemed like a hazy APA with a hint of raspberry. The brewery only had 4 beers on tap.

Of all the N/As I've tried, Guinness Zero and Penn's Best are the best, IMHO. Add a shot of vodka if need be. A lime in Penn's adds a nice touch. Also, they don't break the bank like the $12/6pk N/As out there.

Of all the N/As I've tried, Guinness Zero and Penn's Best are the best, IMHO. Add a shot of vodka if need be. A lime in Penn's adds a nice touch. Also, they don't break the bank like the $12/6pk N/As out there.

Guinness Zero doesn’t do it for me; honestly, I don’t think I’ve had a dark NA that I found palatable, even.

The best NA lager-ish thing I’ve had yet is Untitled Art’s American Gold. And for NAIPA, Athletic’s Run Wild.

When I want something that’s mostly ok and doesn’t have calories, Partake is the way to go. Except their Red, which is not mostly ok.
