It's very well done. No oak tannins as in a chardonnay which I'm not a fan of. Think of replacing juice with a good oak foeder. No O2 problems fresh. It would be a nice comparison with the OG

Sam Adams Just the Haze. If you drink an NA, you can do a lot worse than this. Gotta stay hydrated while doing yard work.

Only been in the keg for a week and I've made zero efforts at clearing it other that putting half a Protafloc in the boil. It'll clear, but probably not for 3 weeks.

Smells like dank weed, tastes like a mixture of overripe mango and sweaty gym sock.

Awesome. Firestone Walker beers are so good; you are so lucky. Although I probably wouldn't have a bank account balance if I lived anywhere near any of their taprooms.

I know what you mean. Luckily their main brewery is about 40 miles to my north, and their excellent tasting room, Barrelworks, is about 40 miles to my south. If they were any closer I’d likely only have one kidney, no spleen or gallbladder and be missing a few other various body parts, all sold to pay for more of their amazing barrel aged stouts. I have yet to taste any other BA stout that I enjoy more than FW’s. Their barrel program rocks!!

HM brown sugar added cider primed with apple juice. Carb is getting there are 2 weeks. I was hoping for smoked bs cider but the smoke isn't there so I guess it's just bs cider.

Homebrew NEIPA fronm @camonick tonight. Really enjoying this tonight. Creamy malt with a well balanced fruity flavor. Could have drank several of these tonight. Thanks my friend. Great beer as always.
