Finishing off the 11% chocolate and sea salt imperial stout from yesterday. LOTS of chocolate, not much salt. Very tasty but a bit much for one sitting!

Received an unexpected porch bomb from @Section1 today. Since these beers sat undisturbed outside in near freezing temperatures all afternoon, they were perfectly chilled and ready to drink. A blonde ale that is very good. Light, balanced, crisp and crystal clear. Well done.

HB Cold Smoke while mashing in a batch of my house Blonde Ale. My Fizzy Yellow Lager keg is getting low and the BMC drinkers must be accomodated.

AL brewed hefe. Tasty!

HB Scotch Ale and HB Old Rasputin clone. The clone keg kicked, but I had another 5 gallons that’s been ready in the fermenter. So after cleaning, lubing, and sanitizing the keg, I refilled it with Old Rasputin clone and force carbed it. It should at least be cold when people come over tomorrow.
