Another HB Pilsner… different deer.

Ha... thats why I love to brew hefe's... they are supposed to be cloudy lol.I just brewed a Best Bitter on Aug. 1st and kegged it a few days ago. Mine looks quite like yours, it tastes good but I am hoping it clears. I added gelatin to the keg yesterday and I'll pour one again tomorrow to see if it helped.
Approximately 48 hours after adding gelatin and it’s not much clearer at all. Because this is a “keezer hump beer” it sits a bit warmer and a bit less carb’d than the others. Nice! I've got a Cab Sav aged Irish whiskey.Had this earlier tonight. Rum barrel aged Chardonnay. Just incredible. May be one of my favorite white wines I’ve ever had.
