Tomorrow is a brew day. I just finished putting up 30 strands of lights. The family is excited about the ligts but I finished off my home brew while working. Tomorrow is a brew day. first one in a few months. Damn, I put two big shakes of sudden death hot sauce in my bean soup, **** is hot. Mmm beans and beer.
anyway. here is the recipe for tomorrow. anyone want to guess what I am making.

5 lb pilsner
1 lb flaked maze
1 lb flaked rice
2oz cascade
plan is to make the beer and then watch the bulldogs beat lsu in the game at 4. I should be close to too drunk to **** by the time the game is over.
