All Grain IPA:

11# Two Row
1# Crystal 40
1 oz Summit @ 60 min
1 oz Warrior @ 40 min
1 oz Centennial @ 20 min
1 oz CTZ @ 10 min
2 tabs Whirlfloc @ 10 min
WLP008 (White Labs East Coast Ale Yeast)

Should I adjust the hop amounts/times or anything else?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Looks pretty good to me. I might suggest adding a 2oz 0 minute addition to boost that aroma. I would also add at least 2oz of dry hops (maybe centennial or cascade). With a full pound of crystal you will have some sweetness in there. I like to use about a half pound of crystal in my IPA's, but do what suits your taste. I've never used WLP008 so I can't comment on that yeast.

Why are you adding two Whirlfloc tabs? From your grain bill I assume this is a 5 gallon batch. One tab is all you need.

I'm with BryceL re the dry hopping (dry hopping is a de-facto requirement for American IPAs), and reducing the C40 to 1/2 lb A full pound of crystal makes IPAs heavy. I've used WLP008. No caveats or strong opinion. Should make a fine IPA.

While I do like firmly bitter IPAs, I think the warrior and summit might be too much for bittering. CTZ is pretty harsh and firm, so I'd use that at 15 for flavor hops if you love it, but consider cutting it a bit if you don't love that. The recipe needs more late hops. More centennial would be great, but so would cascade or amarillo or even a hop that you may like like citra.

I'd go more like this:

1 oz Summit @ 60 min OR Warrior (to about 40 IBUs with this addition)
1 oz CTZ 15 minutes
1 oz Centennial @ 5 min
2 oz hops (cascade or centennial) 0 minutes

Thanks all! I'm thinking of going with Yooper's suggestion for the hop schedule, as I'm worried that my recipe might be a bit of a palate wrecker for the significant other. I'll also likely drop the Crystal 40 to 1/2 lb. and only add one whirlfloc tab. I'm thinking of dryhopping with 2 oz of either Centennial or Amarillo...

You can't go wrong with either centennial or amarillo for the dry hop. You could add the carafoam, but I don't really think you need to. It won't add much flavor, just more body and will aid in head retention. The crystal malt will aid in those as well which is why you don't really need to add carafoam in my opinion.

Personally I think your fine with the lb of crystal. With all my APAs or IPAs crystal makes up about 15% of the grain bill and are never too sweet or heavy. I agree with the adjusted hop schedule as well. More late hop additions for more flavor and aroma with a smoother bitterness. I'd also up the dry hop to at least 3oz or more. 2oz of centennial and amarillo sounds good.
