lookin to make a keezer (collar plus tower, but thats another story)

i assume i'd have to gut it and replace the faucets...so, worth it?

It's worth 99 cents for sure! You can probably clean that up pretty good. Obviously, all the tubing and faucets will have to be replaced

Brass on the tower column looks pitted, but a new 4 tap T tower would run a few hundred dollars.

If you want a brass tower, that's a cheap way to get into one, not counting replacing faucets, shanks and tubing.
