I'm still new to the home brewing game and am still working from extracts. I have been wanting to attempt to eventually make a clone of one of my favorite hefeweizens from Urban Chestnut in St. Louis.

Looking at the grains they use the weyermann bavarian hefeweizen liquid malt extract would be a good extract to use, but i can't find it for sale anywhere. Does anyone know if it's no longer being sold or if it is still being sold where one could by it?

As far as I can tell, Weyermann is only distributed in the U.S. by BSG CraftBrewing. The only Weyermann LME BSG carries is Sinamar, which is 100% Carafa.

Other Weyermann LMEs, including Bavarian Hefeweizen, seem to be available in most other countries.
