I have been pretty lucky so far at designing my own recipes and this one is actually based on a really good IPA I brewed early this spring. For this brew I am going for a big, somewhat malty, but huge Hop aroma and flavor. And ofcourse I will have atleast 5 ounces of fresh picked WET hops to use in the boil. (First year Cascade are going to town!)

Looking for some honest opinions mostly on the hop schedule and since I have never hopped with wet hops I am going with a 4 to 1 ratio of wet vs dry. Input on the malt bill is welcome as well. Input is appreciated but remember I want it malty a little caramel, slightly sweet but big Hoppy aroma and flavor. BTW I realize the honey will dry it out a bit, it's mostly there for the alcohol boost.

Brewing this on Sept 1st.

Here it is.

From what I've read 4 or 5 to 1 is the right ratio. Looks like a good recipe to me, I like the honey addition for a little boost!
I don't have much else to offer, but subscribing to this thread as I'm definitely interested to see what feedback is received.
My hop crop is less than I hoped, so also planning a recipe with some fresh picked wet hops (also Cascade). I was assuming they were best added at the end.
