I would like to check some suggestions for the hop schedule.
Please check the schedule as follows for the original one.
IBU : 70
Expect OG : 1.070
Expect FG : 1.010
7g amarillo mash hopping
7g simcoe mash hopping
28g magnum first wort hopping
10g centennial 10min
10g simcoe 10 min
18g centennial 5min
18g simcoe 5 min
28g cryo simcoe 75 degree c 30 min
28g lupomax amarillo 75 degreec 30 min
16g centennial incognito dip hopping
7g lupomax centennial dip hopping
49g cryo simcoe 6 degree c 4 days
49g simcoe 6 degree c 4 days

It didn't taste bad; however, I would like yo make it better. There are tow option as follows. Let me know which option work better for you.

For the new hop scedule adjustment, It is based on Danny Kong IPA hop schedule, but I would like still to use Simcoe, centenial and amarillo only.

For the new hop scedule adjustment, It is based on Danny Kong IPA hop schedule at hot side, but used award winning west coast #2 ipa from scott janish concept for the cold side.
