Hi Folks.

I would like to have some suggestion for the hop schedule changed especially in the hot sides.
For the original schedule (The original one did win the Silver medal in competition), I used continue hopping which does the hops every 10 min as follows.

19L into Fermenter, Expect IBU : 74, BU/GU: 1.03
4g Magnum FWH
4g Centennial 60 min
4g Simcoe 60 min
4g Centennial 50 min
4g Simcoe 50 min
4g Centennial 40 min
4g Simcoe 40 min
4g Centennial 30min
4g Simcoe 30 min
4g Centennial 20min
4g Simcoe 20 min
4g Centennial 10min
4g Simcoe 10 min
4g Centennial 0min
4g Simcoe 0 min

Although the hop schedule as above did have good result, I would like to improve it in order to have the Big Pound of bittiness for this WCIPA.
After having some study, it should be more focus the hop in the last boil time and used magnum or warrior to provide the major bittiness.
So, I plan to reschedule as follows. Please let us know your comments about it !

19L into Fermenter, Expect IBU : 72, BU/GU: 1.00
Hops
7g Magnum FWH
14g Magnum 60min
10g Centennial 15min
10g Simcoe 15 min
18g Centennial 5min
18g Simcoe 5 min

Footnote
For the cold side schedule, I will remind no changed which is as follows.
28g Cryo Simcoe 75 degree C 30 min
28g Lupomax Amarillo 75 degree C 30min
16g Incongnito Centennial dip hopping
7g Lupomax Centenial dip hopping
56g Cryo Simcoe Dry hopping 3 days 6 degree C
28g Simcoe Dry hopping 3 days 6 degree C
56g Lupomax Amarillo Dry hopping 3 days 6 degree C
28g Amarillo Dry hopping 3 days 6 degree C

Cheers!

7g Magnum FWH
14g Magnum 60min
10g Centennial 15min
10g Simcoe 15 min
18g Centennial 5min
18g Simcoe 5 min
Seems reasonable. This is going to turn into a preference answer. The IPA drinkers of the last 10 years will probably tell you its too much boil hop. Those who prefer IPA from the previous era will likely say not enough boil hop.
