6.6 # Amber Malt

Grain
8 oz British Pale
16 oz Crystal 90L
8 0z British Carastan
5 oz Special B
4 oz British chocolate

Hops
1 oz Northern brewer @ boil
1 oz Cascade @ 60 minutes
1 oz Cascade @ secondary (perhaps, depends)

Nottingham Ale yeast

OG = 1.044
