I have actually come to the realization that My 40th birthday is coming up very fast. while enjoying the homebrews that I have I need an all grain that will be the perfect lager for myself.

Since I have read about Cheeses Vanilla Caramel Cream Ale. this sounds like a winner. all I am hearing is rave reviews on this beer.
