Weldless bulkhead in keg, 2 orings or 1?

Howdy
Putting a couple of weldless bulkheads in an HLT keg and have seen many posts using one oring in the inside and other posts using two orings; one on inside and one on outside. I'm leaning toward using only one on the inside.

Tell me which is better and why.

I've found out whatever doesnt leak is the way to go. I have tried both ways on different kegs. Each one had different spouts and drill holes. If it doesnt leak you are good.
