I get this question often and I just drafted my first attempt at explaining some of the challenges with this decision and then some basic recommendations. Again, I just slapped it together so let me know what you think.

I see many suggestions that you can trade welding labor for a sixer of homebrew but that's just not my experience around here. Perhaps others have some different perspectives and I'd be glad to integrate them into the article as long as it's not just speculation.

Thanks Bobby_M, I am in the process of moving from 5g to. 10-15g batches and this was one of the things I was looking into! Appreciate the info.
