Hello I am new to wine making I have just started a 1 Gal. Grape wine
I am taking a stab in the dark with this I need all the advice I can get

1 Gal Welch,s grape juice
2 can of frozen grape juice
EC-1118 yeast
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1/2 tsp pectin enzyme
1 tsp Acid blend
1/4 tsp wine tannin

I have a S G of 1.100
I think I am looking at a ABV of 13.1%

The recipe does not look bad at all. This will be a really dry crisp wine. May need a few month age to take a little alcohol bite off but this should be something you could enjoy. You should think about adding Camden and sorbate once clear and some sugar to bring up the gravity a little or another can of frozen concentrate. If you are brave then check out this thread:

Back sweeten with another can of concentrate and follow the directions in the above thread. Make this into a sparking wine. :mug:
