Brewing a vanilla bean hard apple cider with SafCider-AC4 yeast. Seeing something I’ve never seen before. It went for about a weeks just little tiny champagne bubbles. Now it’s foaming all the way up and then in a matter of minutes the foam is gone. Then FOAMING UP and then it’s gone. Over and over.

Anyone ever experienced this??!

I’ve never used that yeast but over the years I have seen peculiar fermentation, similar to what you’re explaining but to a lesser extent. I’ve never perceived a negative impact on the final product when such fermentations take place.
