I "popped" the question to my girl a few weeks back and we have a date set May 24th for the wedding. I just recently acquired a 5.16 gallon sanke keg and I was wondering what beer i should make for that special day. Keep in mind i am very new to this and i have my only batch was an all extract. 80% of the people that are invited to the wedding there bud light....i was thinking of doing an american pale ale with not too much up front bitterness but some good aroma about 5 % ABV. any recipes,thoughts, suggestions, or ideas?

You can do a Kolsch. It's similar to a Bud or Miller light but with a little more flavor.
