I racked my Oktoberfest over a couple of weeks ago to my carboy, then went to bottle this past weekend and there was this waxy looking white stuff in there. What is this? It didn't smell or taste bad, but never have had this sort of problem before. Any help would be great. I bottled since it didn't smell or taste bad, but is the beer ruined or what?

Did you use any honey? 
When you brew with honey it's what needs to be skimmed off. It's proteins, etc.

If it still tastes good then I woulnd't worry about it too much.
