Long time lurker finally posting
Like many others I only recently got into homebrewing after thinking about it before. I have picked up so much from the forums and have learnt lots. I have built a keezer, 2 iSpindels, 3 brewpi's and run a Fermentrack setup using information from here. I will eventually get round to posting about my setup.
A few brews ago I started treating my water and was massively surprised at the quality of beer I have been able to make after only 6 brews. I have been using a water calculator on another homebrew forum (can I say which!?) which has me adding various things into the mash and boil.
In my most recent batch I have had a slight faux-pas and forgot to do the boil addition (approx 6g of Gypsum, 6g Magnesium Sulphate and 1g salt) to my Pale ale. I'm now 6 days into fermentation (SG steady for 2 days) and I have just realised this.
My question is should I still make the addition into the fermenter or will it ruin the partial mess I've already made?
Cheers
