That water report doesn't have much on it, just sodium and chloride it looks like. Not very useful for brewing. If anything, it tells me your water is pretty friggin pure and can probably be treated about the same as distilled or RO water. Be sure to add 1/2 Campden tablet per 5 gallons to remove any chlorine.
 
I would recommend sending a water sample to Ward Labs (Google them) for their brewer's water test. I think it's about $25. It will give you all the information you need. Your local water report doesn't really look at the stuff that's important to brewers. Once you get the results, post them in the Brew Science forum. There are a lot of great folks there to help you out.
