Hey everyone!
I need some suggestions. I am doing an all-grain American IPA (OG 1.064, IBU 76). I've never messed with water before, so I want to just use spring water purchased from Wal-Mart as a base. Any thoughts on minerals I should add to meet the needs of my beer style?
