Hey, guys! I have a problem with water. I have all the ingredientes to make 3 lt. (0.8 gallons) of beer, but I don't know the amount of water that is necessary. The first time I used 5 lt. (1.32 gallons), but the final product was only 2 lt. (0.53 gallons) of beer. That amount was separated in two: we used the first part (like 33%) in the mash and the rest (67%) for rinsing the grains. The problem was that in the boiling we lost a lot of water. Do you think the problem is the final amount of water or maybe the heat in the boiling is very high? Thank you!
