So I’m drinking salmon pants for the second time. Bought it when it first came out but didn’t appreciate it as much as I do now. Very good beer imo. I’m trying to figure out the recipe they use to make it specifically the yeast. Another website says this is made with saaz as the hops but there seems to be some other notes that would indicate it is more than saaz as the hops. Wondering if this would come from the yeast. Any ideas would be appreciated.
