How's it going guys? So the Christmas market has just opened in Glasgow and there's a mead stall! Best part of the market! Bought some chilli mead from the chap on the stall, but forgot to ask him what chilli is was that he had been using.. any ideas?

Also, my homebrew is ready for bottling next week! I've got plenty bottles stored away (and sterilised). But what would you recommend, cork or cap? I have both but no idea how to get the cork in the bottle..

Are they wine bottles? You'll need either a hand or floor corker. Any hot chilis will do nicely in drinks.
