I'd use a descriptive indicator like:

KT5MINS20161011

Kitchen Tap 5 Minutes {date} to indicate where you drew your sample, how long you ran the faucet before filling sample bottle, and the date. If you are submitting more than 1 sample, you might add time to the date portion of the lot code, but you probably won't need to.
