Looks like I need to up my sulfate and chloride and slightly lower my calcium.

Malt supplies a huge amount of elemental content to beer. Ward Labs uses an Inductively-coupled plasma (ICP) analyzer for their water chemistry results. That literally tears every molecule apart and measures the content of the ions its reading. This analysis is TOTALLY WORTHLESS for deciphering what the starting water profile was.
