Ward Lab water test

I finally decided to have my water tested since playing with my water has so far yielded good results and I wanted to lock in the numbers.
But, it's been 9 days since I sent my sample in and I wonder how long it usually takes to get results back.
I assume the included mailer is something like Media Mail which takes a long time but I just don't know how long I should wait before I contact them to find out.....don't want to be a d-bag just because I'm impatient.

So, anyone use this lab and if so, how long did it take and were you pleased with the info you got?

They are usually very fast. One business day after receiving the sample. I'd recommend logging into their website as a first time user. They didn't email the results last time I sent a sample in but the results were available through their website.

Ahhhhh, something's up....I'm not in their system. Gonna have to wait and call them during business hours.
