We have four openings left on our league.

the other other other football league https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=487916

We play a twelve team league and draft this Sunday, if we fill up. To make things even more fun than fantasy football already is, we all wager a commercial bomber. If you win you should receive a bomber from each player in the league. It is on the honor system, and we all assume you're true to keep your word that if you lose, you will have to send a bomber to the winner.

If you never have played fantasy before its a lot easier than it seems. Basically, everyone chooses a make believe team from every player in the nfl. After that, each week you play another members team and receive points based on your players performance. If you have little to no football knowledge the computer assists you along the way from drafting, or picking, your team, to giving you weekly advice, and projected points for your players. At the end of the season there are playoffs for the teams with the highest winning records, and ultimately a championship game to determine who gets beer mail. Easy and fun. If your are interested pm me, or respond to this or the other thread.

I'd be interested as well, same questions as the above poster.
Edit: just checked the link and saw yahoo so sign me up if there's a spot left.

Awesome. Welcome. I sent both of you pm's to sign up.

The league is nfl.com this year. Last year we did yahoo and decided to switch it up this year. It is a live draft and as of now still standard scoring. All the rules and settings can be found when you sign up, pretty much standard nothing out of the ordinary. If you guys need help or have any questions how it works let me know. Good luck.

Is there an autodraft option you can turn on for nfl.com? I know on yahoo you can set up your draft preferences and it will pick for you.. I'd be happy to get in on it. But I'm usually pretty off on US timings with the whole time difference.

I too would be interested in auto draft as I am brewing on sunday provided my wife (38 weeks pregnant) doesn't go into labor between now and then

Yes, there is an autodraft. It will autodraft for you if you don't log in at draft time. There also is predraft rankings/preferences. I've never done them myself, so I can't speak on what to do, but I do know it is there. I feel your pain on the timezone crap. Thankfully, the phone app adapts to your timezone, I think the website would too, I just can't remember if it asks you your location when you sign up.

Wow, I guess not. Thank you for your service. What branch of the military are you in?

I'm a civilian now, but thank you :) got scooped up fresh out of the Air Force last year to come out here again to train Air Traffic Controllers. This time I at least get to have a beard though lol.
