Walk in closet, just had a thought!

I have a walk in closet in my brew room that currently holds my fermentation chamber, and miscellaneous brewing equipment. What's stopping me from just converting the closest into a walk in fermentation chamber? All I can think I would need is some insulation, an ac unit, vapor barrier, and some way to seal the door. Anyone done this before? Any issues I'm not thinking about? Cheers!
