Hi all, not sure what i did wrong, but I hooked up a VR8200A2132 and it isn;t working right. When i manually cut the power to the 24 v transformer, the valve closes and turns the main burner out. The pilot also cuts out at the same time. Not sure what i did wrong. Any thoughts?

Check your wiring I believe that valve has both an on/off for the primary valve and as emergency off connection. If I'm mistaken you should proceed to check your thermocouple to make sure its contacting properly and you may need to adjust the flow of gas to the pilot via the set screw. I know that when I first used my valve it knocked out the pilot once or twice when the burner turned off. More gas flow fixed that.

I'm an idiot, I installed it upside down. Turned it around and it works now. :ban:
