VLAN and Such

What's a down and dirty self taught resource for learning VLAN? I already know a little. Don't need to be an expert. Just need to have an elevated knowledge above what I know, which is the basics.

Are you talking about IP networks? ... there's gotta be a metric TON of stuff on the web about it.
