Hey everybody, I'm visiting White Labs in San Diego next weekend (just found out they are 15 minutes away). I figured I would ask if anyone has any questions they would want answered by a yeast expert or if you know of any strains i should try or ask about. I know they brew the same type of beer with different yeasts to give you an idea of how the yeast affects the finished product. Im not sure if this will translate to mead or not but I'll find out.
