I recently acquired this Enterprise coffee mill from my wife's grandmothers estate. It's been in the family for decades and I would like to clean it up and adapt it for my grain mill in the brewery. Has anyone had any experience will these mills? I haven't gotten into it too much since it's still up in Connecticut but I want to get some ideas flowing. It already has 4 settings from fine to corse but I'm sure corse is still too aggressive. my plan is to see how I can shave down the mill plates to allow more room for the grain in to pass through. Any ideas?
