I brewed this Saison for a craw fish boil it was a crowd favorite and is extremely drinkable:drunk:. Just thought I would post it for your brewing pleasure and and thoughts. I feel like Vienna is not utilized enough as a base malt.

Method: All Grain
Style: Saison
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 10.5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 13 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.041 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)
Original Gravity: 1.051 Final Gravity: 1.009 ABV (standard): 5.49% IBU (tinseth): 24.73 SRM (morey): 6.02
