This episode is centered on the brewing of Yuri's Thunderstruck Pumpkin Ale. Also, this brewday was the first time I used my DudaDiesel plate chiller to chill wort. My sparge was a sticky mess, but we survived. The plate chiller performed very well.

I'm recording with a point-n-shoot digital camera....sometimes you just have to take what you get with it. I think the lens was a little dirty too, which didn't help.

There are a few recipes I believe that use fresh pumpkin, and some that dont use any pumpkin at all, just the pumpkin spices. This one comes to mind.
