vibrating gas lines?

I was pumping some hot water (1 gallon) thru my brand new kegconnection lines, and the gas line was vibrating. it got especially loud towards the end of the gallon. had the regulator at 12psi. is this normal? continued to be loud until it equalized the keg pressure.

Gas regulators are simple diaphragm devices and you don't get a smooth flow much of the time. That probably caused the vibration.

+1. My secondary vibrates like crazy and makes a nice subdued train horn noise.

lol, ok, thanks. i was like, wtf? since my keezer is currently off it was very noticeable.
