After talking for a long time about homebrewing, I finally took the plunge. My first brew day was last Monday (Presidents Day), and my brew (a California Common, a recipe that I chose when I bought my starter kit) is bubbling away in the fermenter. I've already come across this site several times over the past few days while searching Google with homebrewing questions, so I figured I should sign up to the site in anticipation of many future questions I'll probably have.
