Its down done at 1.006 from the og of 1.075...recipe was a bear racer clone from austins partial mash volume...Did i mash too low? also what does this mean for the beers taste. will it be too strong? too dry? i ferment with the swamp cooler method and maintained 60-68 for two weeks then brought it up to room temp towards the end..

i also tasted it and it was a bit bitter and a tad dry i guess, all in all i was just thrown off by the low fg.. was goin to bottle tonight, but i felt like i had to get some input first so i guess its post poned until tomorrow. that ll make it 10 days dry hopped on a little over an ounce of cascade chinook and amarillo....

If your gravity readings are correct, that's like almost 9% ABV. Those will definitely be sippers. If it tastes ok, I'd tap that (or bottle in your case).
