Well my little science project AKA homebrewing has been very rewarding so far. I sampled one of my 1st beers last night. I loved it....hell Im not really sure that its very good, but I made it and I like it! Its still a tad green with only being bottled for 2 weeks now, so I think its only going to get better. Since normally Im not that patient I gave myself a pat on the back for waiting this long. 10 days primary, 8 days secondary and just a few days over 2 weeks in the bottle was very brutal on me. I passed the time by brewing 2 other batches.....Oatmeal stout is in primary and BlueMoon Clone is in the secondary! :rockin:
