I have a chance to purchase a couple of Ventmatic faucets for $20.00 each, I understand that company is no longer in business, I think they sold the rights to Shirron.

Would these be the forward seal like the perlicks of today? Would I have trouble finding any replacement parts if needed? Did Ventmatic have more than one faucet model?

I did a lot of research on the parts issue quite a while ago to help out others.
When I got my Vent-Matics, I ordered them directly from Brad Amidzich (patent holder and owner) and also ordered a few seal kits from him.

I came up with this replacement parts list:

Rapids Wholesale Equipment Company- Faucet Parts

Standard faucet (rear seal) Shaft seal - Code: 110032 Price: $1.15 Each

Coupling Gasket (between faucet and shank) - Code: 110036 Price: $0.95 Each

Ball Washer (above and below ball on handle) - Code: 150055 Price: $0.99 Each

Friction Washer (above and below ball washer) - Code: 110015 Price: $0.99 Each

OR - Ace Hardware - Danco O-Ring - # 31 (9/16 OD X 5/16 ID X 1/8 wall)

Perlick (Vent-Matic) Shaft Seat (front seal) - Code: 8P146 Price: $1.39 Each

Vent-Matic Spout Washer - Ace Hardware - Danco O-Ring - # 21 (5/8 OD X 15/32 ID X 3/64 wall)

Hope this helps you.

Thanks so much. I take it these Ventmatics are higher end faucets? And certainly worth $20.00 each.

I take it these "American Beverage" components are Ventmatic compatible? I have some Ventmatics (pre Shirron I think) that I was going to overhaul with new gaskets/seals etc.
Cheers

FYI - Ventmatic faucets are being produced again and Brad has annointed MCH Australia to be allowed to use his name.
