My first post here at HBT . . . first of many more to come.
I have the opportunity to brew at my employer. Big company (mfg), lots of employees, lots of $$$ to burn. I'm going to be installing an all-grain B3-1550 sculpture with all the bells and whistles. Here is my problem. I'll be brewing indoors in a fully enclosed room. I CAN install any ventilation necessary, so what ventilation DO I NEED???
I'm really paranoid about carbon monoxide poisoning. I've been hb'ing for a couple years out of my garage, so I've never had to deal with this before. I'm thinking hood vent, and maybe a floor vent. The room that I am going to brew in is next to a boiler room, so venting shouldn't be a problem.
Anybody else here brew in an enclosed room?
Thanks for the help folks!!!
