Hi Folks,
Turned on the basement overhead florescent lights today for about 6 hours. I totally forgot about the 5 gallon white plastic fermenting bucket that was in the room, full of 10 day old fermenting Kolsch. Normally the basement is dark which is why the fermenting bucket was there. Here are my questions: 1. Have I ruined the beer, will it be skunky? 2. If I have hurt it, will there be enough yeast left alive to carbonate the beer when I add the priming sugar?
Thanks
Bart
