So need to use some random left over stuff up!! Here is what I have at the moment. . . . . thoughts? It is a loose attempt at a English bitter. Not really worried about WHAT it is . . .more that it will be tasty! haha Mostly concerned with the malt to biter ratio and if it is around correct.

28l pre boil
24l post boil (60min)

1.039 OG 1.010 FG
30.5 IBU

Pale Ale Malt 3.6 kg
Golden Promise 525 g
Crystal malt - Dark 227 g
Biscuit Malt 200 g
Roasted Barley 15 g (just a lil color)

NZ Willamette 42g 60min
NZ Willamette 17g 20min
UK Golding 17g 1min

S-04 dry yeast @ 18c

At .78, your bu/gu ratio is closer to an English IPA in bitterness, but not too far off the ESB style. If you're looking for precision, dial your first addition back a few minutes to land closer to 28 IBUs. Looks like it would be tasty either way!
