Using rice solids in brewing:

I have used it in the past and found it the be really good.

What do you guys here think about using rice in the wort and brewing process in general?

it's good. sometimes I just cook up some regular brown rice and throw it into the mash cause it's so cheap.

If you like adjunct beers it's worth trying. It has a unique quality so it has something to offer over other adjuncts. I prefer it in a drier beer as it easily becomes cloying in beers with less attenuation. For something like an American adjunct lager that's a littler sweeter, I have to go with corn.
