Planning to expand my brewery in a few months but trying to see if there is a way around to avoid the outside air to reduce variations and get down my ABV as well?

Should I add some sort of oxygen 0.5micron stone or just a headspace pressure works? Ik I would face a few issues trying to remove the Pellicle/SCOBY

Anyone who has tried this method?
i know humm kombucha does something similar

Commercial vinegar producers simply pump in a large amount of air and keep it warm. Their acetic acid fermentation is completed in a matter of hours.
