I just made up a batch of pizza dough for tomorrow night's dinner. I used Alton Brown's recipe from Good Eats. Dough is in the fridge resting for tomorrow. The dry yeast had been in the fridge for a while so I thought I'd proof some just to make sure they were still active. I ended up with a small bowl of foaming yeast that I couldn't justify just throwing down the drain so...

I decided to make a loaf of bread also. :D It's now after midnight and the dough is rising. I still need to punch it down and bake it, but who cares.:p Work, schmirk...;)

You and I made the same damn pizza recipe at the same time. Guess it was a good day for pizza. It turned out quite well!

Rumor has it that Cheesefood's beer cousin adventures have all gone up in smoke...
