Using Oregon fruit purée???

Hello how would one go about weighting out fruit purée for smaller batch’s like for 3gallon’s?

Shake and then open the can.
Sanitize a bowl and spoon.
Put the bowl on a scale and zero the scale.
Use the spoon to scoop out puree into the bowl until you reach your desired amount.
