Has anyone use this as an internal heat control? I was thinking of attaching pass-through compression fittings and drilling two holes into the corny keg lid on my Blichmann 14 gallon fermenator; the opening is just large enough for the coil to slip through.

I'd control heat in the warmer months using ice water or a glycol/water solution; cold in the winter using water and an aquarium heater.
